If Your Flat Roof Inspection is Overdue, Let’s Arrange it Now… Your flat roof should be inspected at least once a year – or twice yearly if it’s a traditional roof, built with felt or asphalt. So if it’s been a while since your last inspection, you should arrange it with us now. As a priority.
We’ll send out a specialist flat roofing surveyor, who’ll make a thorough assessment. Checking the roof, inside and out, for signs of wear and tear – especially in critical areas like timbers and insulation, plus the upstands and joins in the waterproofing layer.
Then they’ll write up their findings in a comprehensive report, so you’ll have a formal record – like medical notes for your roof. So when it’s inspected in the future, there’s a point of reference: a rolling history, tracking its performance over time.
What if it needs repairing?
Hopefully, the roof will come back with a clean bill of health. If so, we’ll happily tell you – because we’re not in business to fix roofs that don’t need fixing.
On the other hand, if it does need attention, we’ll give you all the details you need – including photographic evidence.
You’ll also have a line by line breakdown of our costs to put things right, whether that means repairs or adding a whole new roof.
